A detailed knowledge of regulatory and company statutes and public exchange requirements. Experience working with administrators and liquidators concerning director duties and their compliance with regulations; including the disqualification of directors for fraudulent and wrongful trading.

 

FINANCIAL RESTRUCTURING & INSOLVENCY LAW

Worked closely alongside administrators and insolvency practitioners. A detailed knowledge of the duties owed by directors to companies; fiduciary and statutory.
